Your Device Must Be Unlocked Bootloader

1. Download All The Required Files And Install Driver.
2. Extract Flash File, Mfastboot.zip and Flash.bat to one Folder
3. Power Of the Device.
4. Boot To Fastboot Mode By Holding Volume Down + Power Button.
5. Connect Usb Cable It will Detect And Installs Drivers Automaticlly
6. Now goto extracted Folder Run Flash.bat File
7. Wait Once Process will Finish Device Gets Automaticly Reboot.
8. You See Unlocked BootLoader Warning Don't Be panic We Have a Solution.
9. Extract Moto E.zip Run Flash logo Command. 
10. Enjoy your Device is Unbricked.
