Procedure:

• Download Firmware And Drivers Links Are Given Below The Post.
• Install Drivers
• Extract Firmware
• Inside The Extracted Firmware Open MSM Download Tool.
• Open Device Manager.
• Power Off The One plus 3 or 3T.
• Connect To Pc With Type -C Cable Holding Volume Up Button
• If The Device Detects As a Qaulcomm 9008 Proceed To Next Step

• If Not You Will see unknown device QHUSB_BULK (under Unknown Devices) or Qualcomm HS USB (under COMs and Ports)
• Right click the Unknown device
• Click on Update Driver Software
• Click the Browse option Again Click the Browse option.
• select the .INF file from the extracted x86 or x64 drivers folder

• When the Device shows up as a Qualcomm 9008 device Proceed to Next Step
• Go into the extracted Firmware
• Right click the MsmDownloadTool
• Click the Run As Administrator option
• Then click the Start button in the top left corner of the program

• Wait until the Process Green Text Shows

• Unplug the OnePlus 3 or 3T And Switch It On
