Procedure:

• Download Firmware, Drivers And Tools Links Are Given Below

DRIVERS

• Install Drivers
• Extract Firmware And Tool.
• GoTO Extracted Firmware Delete CHECKSUM.INI
• Open Sp Flash Tool
• Select Scatter File From Extracted Firmware.
• Goto Options>Download>Enable Checksum (Must Enable This Option)

• Now Select Firmware Upgrade And Hit Download. 
• Switch Off The Phone, Hold Volume Up and Down Button And Connect To Computer.
• Dissassemble your dead lenovo a390.
• Short These Kcolo Point To Ground

• again Refit the device with Battery and connect to PC Now It Will Detect The Phone as MTK USB PORT Now Hit On Download Button And Wait Untill You See Download Ok Screen

• After Flashing Success Remove The SHORT and Re Fit the device now check phone is Fully BOOTED
